Dear Valued Customer:
Due to the ever changing conditions in the trucking industry caused by the nationwide driver shortage that exists and the recently implemented ELD mandate (Docket No. FMSCA-2010-0167), one that, per DOT regulations, Delta Trucking Services, Inc must be fully compliant by April 1st, 2018, a change to our current rate structure in regard to Pre-Pulls and Detention Times is necessary. In order to continue being compliant and provide our customers with the highest level of customer service; any over the road moves over 100 Miles will include an automatic pre-pull fee.
Seen below is our new rate structure for pre-pulls from all terminals:
Port of Miami - $170.00
Port Everglades - $170.00
Florida East Coast Railway - $170.00
Quality or any other CY Terminal - $170.00
*This charge will cover the pre-pull to our terminal + first night storage at our secured yard.
In regards to Detention Time at our clients, the new rate structure is as follows:
Free time over the road reduced to 1 Free hour
2nd Hour - $100.00
3rd Hour - $150.00
4th Hour - $200.00 Also, will automatically have a layover fee of $350.00.
Also, please note Delta will confirm availability to deliver containers when the containers are released and ready to deliver, not when a delivery order is being received in our office.
Please note: Delta Trucking Services, Inc will not be responsible for any demurrage, or perdiem that may come about from above mentioned DOT implementation.
